Skateboard Ramps
SkaterBlend
SkaterBlend is made up of recycled
plastic. The molecular structure of SkaterBlend gives it
amazing physical properties, making it ideal skate surface.
SkaterBlend outlasts most conventional construction materials.
Subjected to the most severe conditions, SkaterBlend shows
ZERO loss or performance. It does not rust, corrode or deteriorate
in wet or damp conditions, making it the ideal material. Compare
our SkaterBlend to conventional building materials to do
the job while other materials require constant maintenance to
prevent yellowing, splintering, rotting, delaminating or rusting.
SkaterBlend requires very little maintenance and will not
deteriorate. Best of all it's at an affordable price when you
consider how long it will outlast conventional building materials
that need replacing every few years.

 SKATERS BLEND COMPOSITE SCREWS
- ELIMINATES PRE-DRILLING
- SELF COUNTERSINKING
- VIRTUALLY ELIMINATES SPLITTING
The type of plastic composite material, variations within the composite mix, how cold it is during installation, and the type of substrate being used all present unique challenges when installing Skaters Blend made from Wood Plastic Composite material. When directly compared to other screws regarding combined performance in eliminating slippage when setting the screw, eliminating mushrooming, reducing splitting, and reducing spinout, NO SCREW PROVIDES BETTER OVERALL PERFORMANCE THAN OUR HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPOSITE SCREWS!
Do the following to avoid the most common problems presented by composite material.
1. Drive the composite screw in-line with the screw gun to prevent the bit from slipping out of the drive recess. The composite screw is designed with a combination of a star drive recess and this technology that allows the screw to avoid slippage by cutting through hard dense composites with up to 20% twenty percent less torque.
2. Drive the composite screws into the composite material perpendicular to the decking surface and set the composite screw flush with the top of the surface to avoid mushrooming. This is best done using a screw gun with a depth gauge. Do not countersink composite screws.
3. Test the composite material at both the center and edge of the board for mushrooming and splitting before installation. In most cases, the technology eliminates mushrooming and splitting.
